Dear Colleagues!

Dear Colleagues!

Dear Colleagues!

I congratulate all of you on the occasion of Ramadan and wish to every family prosperity and well-being.

Ramadan, which has great spiritual values, is a holy month for Muslims. This month calls people to patience and piety, awakens in the nature of people kindness and compassion for each other and makes them conquerors of the soul and protectors of the soul. In other words, the month of Ramadan helps cleanse the human heart and eliminates it from ugly words and deeds.

These days, which are a month of love and compassion, people should respect each other, forgive each other's sins, value their parents, elders, relatives and neighbors and be humble.

These days, which are a month of love and compassion, people should respect each other, forgive each other's sins, value their parents, elders, relatives and neighbors and be humble.

In this blessed month, along with obedience and worship, as well as the manifestation of kindness and sincerity, doing good deeds such as kindness and piety is considered one of the best merits of man and faith.

The combination and strong connection of national, religious and cultural values leads us to good deeds, frugality, the correct upbringing of the young generation and the development of science and education.

In his sermon on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, the Prophet of Islam Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) called on the rich: “Help the poor and needy, be kind and caring to homeless orphans and hope that others will be kind to your orphans after you.” As we see, this hadith has a high moral and social nature. Because it specifically refers to those in need.

The current situation in the world and the spread of a dangerous infectious disease, COVID-19, encourage us to pay special attention to our health and prevent the spread of this dangerous disease in our society and jeopardize the health and life of people.

Large and powerful enterprises in many countries of the world stopped working, and the severe economic and financial crisis affected all countries, including Tajikistan.

In such circumstances, we need to pay more attention to the rules of hygiene at home, in living quarters, in the workplace and in public places, and strive to protect our health, as well as the health of our family members and society.

According to experts, strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness is one of the most important ways to prevent this disease, and this requirement has been repeatedly emphasized in Islamic law sources. For example, the Prophet of Islam said in his hadith: "Purity is half the faith." Therefore, we must act in accordance with the circumstances and, above all, take care of our health and the health of our family.

Once again, I congratulate all of you, dear countrymen, on this blessed month and wish each of you a peaceful and prosperous life, successful work, commitment in all your endeavors and also peace and prosperity for our beloved country.

Happy Ramadan, dear colleagues!

 Sincerely,

Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology

Rasulzoda H.H.
