Objectives of the workshop:

The main objective of the workshop is to inform the participants about the objectives and commitments of the Republic of Tajikistan under the UNFCCC, links to other conventions and current programmes, steps stipulated by the Republic of Tajikistan to mitigate climate change and opportunities and perspectives to meet commitments under the UNFCCC.

The participants of the workshop were strongly encouraged to learn about climate change problem and to identify relevant ways of cooperation.
