On December 2, 2005 the work meeting with participation of leading experts experienced in the First National Communication preparation was arranged by Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and held in the conference hall of the Agency on hydrometeorology.

The main objective of the work meeting was to inform the participants on current stage of the project realization, tasks and directions, necessary to implement in short-term outlook.

In the course of the meeting all potential experts were provided with tables specifying one of the priority areas – National circumstances, GHG Inventory, Vulnerability assessment and adaptation to climate change; the principle columns are expected to contain information on outcomes and results achieved in the FNC, and programs planned to implement within the Second National Communication (SNC) preparation.
