I sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and on this significant day I wish you every success in building a democratic state based on the rule of law, ensuring the rule of law and order, the rule of law and protecting the constitutional rights of citizens.
The Constitution is the passport of the nation, in which person is the highest value. It is thanks to the Constitution that the world community recognizes our state as a democratic, legal, unified and secular state in which all the rights and freedoms of citizens are strengthened.
Thanks to the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the people of Tajikistan have achieved significant success in all spheres of public life and are making their millennial dreams come true. The legal basis for all these achievements is the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the rule of law, first of all, follows from the rule of law of the Constitution.
In the first years of independence, under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon and the unanimous will of the citizens of the country, the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted, which is a unique event in the history of the Tajik people. A significant role was played by the development of goals and directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state.
May the independence gained by the Tajik people last forever, may the honor and dignity of the Tajik people be known in the world, and may the pride and honor of every Tajik person be reflected in the hearts of wise people. Of course, one of the symbols of our statehood is the Constitution, according to which our glorious people operate. All these acts and decrees are implemented by the President and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the Constitution. The Constitution is the "pillar" and "passport" of the state.
