On November 3 of this year, a solemn meeting was held in the meeting room of the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in honor of the 29th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, which was attended by the Agency's management, structural units and representatives of the media.
The Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology, Dear Qurbonzoda A.H., speaking with a welcoming speech, congratulated the staff of the hydrometeorological service. In his speech, he emphasized: - "The Constitution is the passport of the nation, in which a person is the highest value. It is thanks to the Constitution that the world community defines our state as democratic, legal, individual and secular, where all the rights and freedoms of citizens are embodied.
Thanks to the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Respected Emomali Rahmon, the people of Tajikistan have achieved significant success in all spheres of public life, realizing their millennial dreams. The legal basis of all achievements is provided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the rule of law comes, first of all, from the supremacy of the norms of the Constitution.”
And the Deputy Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology, Dear Baidulloeva J.A., in turn, emphasized the achievements and development of the socio-economic spheres of the country, the improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the initiatives of the Leader of the nation, the Respected Emomali Rahmon, in the field of water and climate.
During the meeting, the head of the Analytical and Information Department of Hydrometeorology - Kudratov H.S., main specialist of the Information Department of the environmental monitoring department Neknomi T., the leading specialist of the personnel and special works Department - Muborakshoeva Sh. The leading specialist of the archival department Sanavbari A., speaking, expressed their opinion about the history, origin and periods of development of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.
