From 20 to 28 November this year at the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with the support of the UN Development Program and in cooperation with the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Russian Federation - was held training on climatological issues for a wide range of specialists of the Agency and other specialists of ministries and departments.
The main objective of the event was to increase the level of theoretical and practical knowledge of specialists in the field of study, monitoring and use of data in the sectors of mitigation and adaptation to climate change, inter-sectoral relations in the context of climate change, regional and international cooperation on climate change.
At the same time, 45 specialists were trained on a wide range of topics in the field of climate science.
