It is known that the Message of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Respected Emomali Rahmon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan is held annually, which indicates all the main directions of the internal and foreign policy of the republic for the coming periods and defines specific tasks for the further development of the socio-economic sphere of the country.
On January 18, 2024, at the initiative of the Committee for environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, a meeting was held at the Hydrometeorology Agency of the Committee with the participation of the leadership, structural divisions of the central office of the Committee, the Agency for Hydrometeorology, the Main Department for Environmental Protection and its divisions in Dushanbe, as well as labor veterans and activists to study the contents of the Founder's Message peace and national unity -the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 28, 2023.
The event was attended by representatives of the governing bodies, including statesman and politician, deputy of the 16th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Musoeva Rafika Ghanievna, deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Issues, Ecology and Land Management, as well as Chairman of the Agrarian Party of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Latifzoda Rustam Barot and Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan Maliksho Nematzoda, as well as the management and staff of the Committee for Environmental Protection and the Agency for Hydrometeorology
The event was opened with an introductory speech by the Chairman of the Committee, the respected Sheralizoda Bahodur Ahmadjon, who emphasized that explanatory work is currently underway on the points of the Message in all ministries and departments, organizations and institutions, including in the structural divisions of the Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Each point of the Message is generally aimed at strengthening and developing various industries and improving the welfare of the country.
During their speeches, the guests noted that the Address is an important state document, and that it analyzes and summarizes all state activities and defines further tasks for the development of our country. During the speeches, speeches were heard in detail and meaningfully on environmental protection and the impact of climate change on the planet, environmental issues of the current situation and prospects of the environment, in ensuring the environmental safety of the country, special attention should be paid to the education of the ecological culture of the population, as well as landscaping, which are clearly noted in the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
