Within the framework of implementing the wise directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon — as well as in order to fulfil the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 18 March 2024, No. 795 “On the Study of Foreign Languages,” the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is carrying out specific measures.
To this end, in cooperation with LLC “Dunyoi Zabonho,” English language courses have been organized within the Agency, and staff members are regularly engaged in these classes. The training programme is aimed at improving English language proficiency, enhancing communication skills, and promoting its use in professional activities.
On May 7 of the current year, a ceremony was held to summarize the results of the latest stage of the training course. During the event, employees of the Agency who successfully completed the English language courses and actively participated in the learning process were awarded certificates of completion.
It was noted that the study of foreign languages, particularly English, is of great importance for professional development, the expansion of international cooperation, and access to scientific and technical information. The Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan will continue to implement such initiatives in the future in order to further improve the language proficiency of its staff and enhance their professional skills.
