Unity is the best blessing in human life, through which the dreams and aspirations of the people strengthen the state, leading to the prosperity and existence of the era of humanity in any country and time, including the great nation of Tajiks, Unity and peace in the Republic of Tajikistan with the support of modern foreign countries make its position and status known on the world stage.
Today, the unity and solidarity of the Tajik people is being studied by the UN and many international organizations. Only through unity and mutual understanding can we protect and support the country's independence and strengthen the unity of the people.
Only in the case of unity, difficulties and obstacles will be overcome, people's lives will improve, and our beloved country will embark on the path of progress and development. In his speech, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon said the following: “Anyone who planted a tree knows that a tree bears fruit once a year, but there is also a plant that always bears sweet fruits. We have tasted our sweet and green fruits, our society has benefited from it, we will never allow another to take root."
The tree, which our President compared to peace and unity, today bears many sweet and fruitful fruits that we Tajiks are proud.
Our happiness today is peace, freedom and unity of every people and nation. At all times, unity is one of the most important pillars of the life and existence of the people and is considered the reason for the development and prosperity of the state. Even in their time, great people and outstanding figures of our literature, such as Rudaki, Firdavsi, Saadi and Hafiz, Khayyam and Ahmadi Donish, as well as hundreds of poets and scientists in their endless poems dreamed of unification and called people to unity and solidarity. Mavlono Jaloliddin Balkhi in his famous work "Masnavii Manavi" recognized unity as the main factor of friendship between the peoples of the world.
Indeed, national unity is the prosperity of the Motherland, since in a state where peace, tranquility and friendship reign, it flourishes every day and becomes a strong country economically, politically, as well as culturally.
It is thanks to the efforts and consistent policy of the President of the country Emomali Rahmon that the scattered people were reunited, the country achieved prosperity in all areas in its development, and today every Tajik child is happy, united and peaceful.
I congratulate the great Tajik people on the 26th anniversary of the Day of National Unity and wish them a clear sky, peace and tranquility at all times. Happy National Unity Day, dear compatriots!
