On December 14-15 of the current year in order to improve the level of theoretical and practical knowledge of sectoral specialists in the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan held a workshop with the participation of employees of state networks of Khatlon region, which was attended by 17 heads of regional hydrometeorological stations.
During the workshop, specialists of state networks exchanged opinions on the quality of meteorological, agrometeorological, hydrological and climatological observations, collection, analysis and processing of hydrometeorological data, state of communication system, maintenance of working equipment, operation of automated stations, air quality monitoring, snow cover observation, condition of glaciers and lakes, as well as discussed further plans.
